Every figure below is computed from your imported fills. Where a definition varies between platforms, the one used here is stated explicitly so you can compare against your own spreadsheet.
Win rate
Winning trades divided by total closed trades, as a percentage. A trade is winning if its realised P&L after commission and swap is greater than zero; break-even trades count as neither.
Profit factor
Gross profit divided by gross loss, both taken as absolute values across all closed trades. Above 1.0 is profitable. It is undefined when there are no losing trades, and shown as such rather than as infinity.
Expectancy
Average result per trade expressed in R — the multiple of the amount risked. It combines win rate and average R:R into one number, and its sign is what tells you whether repeating the system is worth doing.
Average R:R
The mean ratio of reward to risk across trades where both a stop loss and an exit are known. Trades without a recorded stop are excluded rather than assumed, because assuming a stop that was never set would flatter the figure.
Maximum drawdown
The largest peak-to-trough decline in realised equity over the period, in account currency and as a percentage of the peak. It is measured on closed trades, so it reflects the balance curve rather than intraday floating loss.
Equity curve and the calendar
The equity curve plots cumulative realised P&L in trade order. The dashboard calendar reads a precomputed daily rollup so it stays fast across years of history, and falls back to live computation when a day has not yet been rolled up.
